Mag. Zoya Mesaric is a psychoanalyst (i.A.u.S.), executive coach, and writer working internationally between Vienna, London, and Cascais.

Her work focuses on complex cases where patterns persist, psychological or physical, despite previous attempts at resolution.

She works with high-functioning individuals — founders, professionals, creatives, and individuals with histories of trauma — who, despite external success or adaptation, encounter persistent internal patterns or forms of disconnection not visible from the outside.

Externally successful. Carrying something that hasn’t moved.

The work integrates psychoanalytic depth, trauma theory, and somatic understanding, aimed at what remains unresolved, unprocessed, or misdiagnosed.

She has been working in the field of psychotherapy since 2016 and maintains an independent private practice. Her work is conducted internationally, across multiple languages, both online and in person.

Her clinical perspective has been presented at the World Congress for Psychotherapy, reflecting an integrative approach to complex psychological work.

Not every case is accepted. Initial consultations determine whether the work is the right fit.
