Zoya Mesaric is a psychoanalyst (i.A.u.S.), executive coach, writer, and speaker based between Vienna, Paris, and Lisbon. She works with individuals who are emotionally overwhelmed, navigating trauma, or feeling disconnected from their identity, especially those who appear high-functioning, yet carry invisible pain beneath the surface.

Her method bridges psychoanalytic depth, trauma theory, and somatic intelligence, creating a space where insight meets change. In long-term psychotherapy, she helps clients process what was once unspeakable. In executive coaching, she combines emotional clarity with strategic precision, guiding clients not only to heal but also to step into the life they’ve been afraid to claim.

Her clients include creatives, professionals, founders, trauma survivors,  and people who are tired of coping and ready to transform. Whether rebuilding after rupture or building something new, Zoya supports the kind of shifts that don’t just feel better but also work.

She works internationally in 5+ languages, both online and in person. She also consults for companies and creative teams on psychological safety, emotional leadership, and identity-aligned success.

As a columnist for Elle Magazine, she writes about grief, sexuality, ambition, and the inner lives we rarely name. Her recent presentation at the World Congress for Psychotherapy was recognized for its emotional depth and integrative clinical voice.

To grow stronger than our emotions, we must understand our minds. Growth means resisting the urge to collapse. Healing is not about winning, it's about not losing ourselves.

Those who make us feel small often echo the trauma we’ve yet to heal. Otherwise, why would we continue to invite them in?
It’s not just hunger that shapes success; it’s what you’re willing to feel, face, and move through to get there.

REAL STORIES. REAL SHIFTS.
