Mag. Zoya Mesaric is a psychoanalyst (i.A.u.S.), executive coach, and writer working internationally, based between Vienna and Lisbon.
Her work focuses on complex cases where patterns persist — psychological or somatic — despite previous psychotherapy, coaching, or medical treatment.
She works with individuals who function at a high level in their lives or professions, yet encounter recurring internal patterns that do not shift. Her clinical formation includes forensic psychiatric work, long-term psychoanalytic practice, and work with complex trauma across multiple languages and settings.
Externally successful. Carrying something that hasn’t moved.
The work integrates psychoanalytic depth, trauma theory, and somatic understanding, focusing on what remains structurally embedded, not yet processed or previously unrecognized.
She has been working in the field of psychotherapy since 2016 and maintains an independent private practice, working internationally in English, Slovenian, Serbo-Croatian, and Spanish, both online and in person.
Her clinical perspective has been presented at the World Congress for Psychotherapy. She writes on sexuality, identity, and contemporary psychology for ELLE Magazine.
Not every case is taken on. Initial consultations determine whether the work is a fit.
