Some people are exceptionally good at being fine.
Composed when everyone else loses their head. The one the room turns to when something goes wrong. Externally, everything is working — the company, the performance, the reputation. And still, something doesn't move.
Zoya works with founders, executives, artists, athletes and public figures who function at the highest level but keep meeting the same pattern they can't explain or outperform. In relationships, identity, decision-making, or the moment success stops feeling like enough.
Often the performance itself was built through the wound. The drive, the discipline, the self-sufficiency are real — and they came from somewhere. Are you drawing on those capacities, or still being run by what they were built to protect?
Approaching the wound doesn't mean reopening it. Her model for treating complex trauma, presented at the World Congress for Psychotherapy, paces the work to what a person can tolerate — until they can hold what happened, and it no longer governs the life that formed around it.
Her practice combines psychoanalytic depth with advisory work. She developed the Hybrid Model for people whose inner and outer lives cannot be cleanly separated — where the crisis in the company enters the marriage, and the fear beneath a decision shows up in the body. Rigorous enough to reach the root. Responsive enough to matter on Monday.
Her formation includes forensic psychiatric work and long-term psychoanalytic practice across international settings. Based between Vienna and Lisbon, she works in five+ languages with clients across Europe, the Gulf, and beyond. She is also a writer and speaker, published in ELLE, Grazia, and by the Global Peter Drucker Forum.

This work doesn't remove ambition. It changes the position you operate from — so the drive is finally yours, not the thing still driving you.
Someone with nothing to gain from your greatness and nothing to gain from your collapse.
WAYS OF WORKING:
THE HYBRID MODEL
Coaching and psychoanalytic depth, held in one relationship.
For lives that do not arrive divided into a psyche on Tuesday and a professional life on Thursday.
It began with founders and executives. Over time, artists, athletes, creatives and public figures found their way into the same work. They did not need less depth. They needed a wider frame.
The work sustains drive, focus and clarity under pressure, and addresses the performer and the environment around them, because the two cannot be separated for long. Sometimes the work requires analysis. Sometimes directness. Sometimes a relationship belongs in the room too.
Regular sessions, online or in person, give the work continuity. Private Intensives deepen it when something cannot wait.
There is still a frame. Its purpose is to hold the work, not to force a complex life into an arrangement that no longer serves it.
The Private Intensives
Concentrated work, in person, for situations that cannot wait for weekly pacing.
Conducted in your location, at short notice where the situation requires it. Duration is set by the situation rather than a schedule — undivided engagement, followed by an ongoing advisory relationship online.
Compression allows material to surface and settle within a contained period rather than across months.
For individuals, couples, families, and leadership teams facing crisis, trauma, addiction, relationship breakdown, succession, public exposure, or decisions that cannot be undone.
Arranged privately, with full discretion. Structure and terms agreed individually. Available to a limited number of clients.

Ongoing Psychoanalytic Work
For patterns that insight alone has not changed.
Insight is not the same thing as choice. What produces movement is recognition: the experience of being met as a subject, rather than read as a problem.
Weekly or twice-weekly sessions, online worldwide or in person by arrangement. The work examines the unconscious structures shaping relationships, identity, and emotional life — where they formed, what they protect, and why they persist.
Much of this work is with trauma. Where experience has been prolonged rather than singular, it settles into structure rather than memory — carried in the body as much as in what can be recalled, and worked with in both.
LEADERSHIP, WORKSHOPS & MASTERCLASSES
For organizations, leadership teams and founder circles.
Keynotes, panels, workshops, masterclasses and leadership-team sessions on resilience, high performance, burnout, and leadership under pressure.
